Before integration into Clemap, we recommend loading firmware 01.08.01 or higher onto the wallbox
In addition to the IP address, it is now also possible to reach the wallbox via a domain in the local network. The domain follows the scheme: serialnumber.local If a customer can no longer find the IP of the charging station, he can enter the serial number followed by .local in the browser. For example, AX3F22EM1100004.local and after logging in he will be taken directly to the charging station and can read the IP address under Network.
- Activate DHCP in the webui. To login use credentials in the guide.
- IMPORTANT: Activate Box as Satellite.
- Make sure the CLEMAP lm is connected so it can write the timeout register every minute, else it will go into error.
Modbus TCP Settings
- Please make sure it is on wi fi or LAN, depending on your config.
- Please make sure that Charge settings: Availability is on „Available“.
- It is recommended to disable ocpp if there is no ocpp connection to avoid errors.
