Step 5 : Integration of ripple control signal from power supply company

CLEMAP Load Management supports external control signals, e.g. from the utility company.

·      via digital input (24VDC)

·      via the cloud via RestAPI interface

Supported modes are Normal, Reduced and Locked.

Configuration

The remote control signal is configured according to the image in the local user interface under Device Config --> External Input Mapping of the CLEMAP load management system.

Remote control signal configured as normally closed (default configuration in the CLEMAP Load Management system): The normal state is open, meaning that 0 VDC are present at the input. Once a signal comes from the energy provider, the relay closes, and 24 VDC are then present at the input.

Remote control signal configured as normally open: The normal state is open, meaning that 24 VDC are present at the input. Once a signal comes from the energy provider, the relay opens, and 0 VDC are then present at the input.

Display of Active Control Signal

Once the time tariff control signal is active and recognized by CLEMAP Load Management, it is displayed on the CLEMAP Floem platform.
