Managing Organisations on Floem
An organization on Floem is a central tool for managing users, devices, and licenses associated with CLEMAP products like Load Management or Energy Monitor. This system is designed for companies and workgroups that require coordinated and shared control over their activities.
For example, an organization named ElectroTech Solutions GmbH (example name) could have 10 installers who need access to all installations carried out by the company. With organizations on Floem, these installers can work more efficiently and collaboratively.
Within an organization on Floem, there are two main roles:
- Can manage the organization's users (add, remove, or change roles).
- Have full access to all installations, devices, and licenses.
- Can purchase licenses in batches for the organization.
- Have restricted access to the organization's installations and devices.
- Can use the available licenses to activate AC and DC charging stations or other CLEMAP functions.
With Floem, all users working for the organization can be managed in one place. Administrators can:
- Assign specific permissions.
- Ensure that only authorized personnel have access to devices and data.
- Licenses can be purchased in bulk and made available to all users of the organization.
- This eliminates the need for individual installers to purchase licenses separately and simplifies the activation process for AC and DC charging stations as well as other CLEMAP functions.
- All members can access existing installations, making technical support and device management easier.
- Administrators can monitor the organization's activities in real time.

- Log in to your Floem account.
- Navigate to the Organizations section.
- Click on Add Organization.
- Enter the required details, such as the organization's name and initial users (administrators or members).
- Configure the initial settings, such as license management.
Yes, multiple administrators can be assigned to ensure flexible and redundant management.
Licenses are tied to the organization and can be used by any authorized member.
Administrators can remove a member from the user list. However, the licenses and devices remain linked to the organization.
This depends on the permissions configured by the administrators. It is possible to restrict access to specific devices or data.
