Ideally, the sensor is installed in the fuse box/distribution box within the apartment/house/property. The sensor can also be installed on the meter box - but only if it has a wireless connection.
Wireless simplifies the installation. If there is no wireless, the electrician must install a repeater (e.g. Netis PL7622 Wireless Powerline Adapter) to enable access to your wireless. However, the sensor is also available with a LAN connection.
Yes, the sensor has a memory that temporarily stores the data. As soon as the wireless is switched on again, the data is visible on the app again.

Yes, absolutely. The sensor can be installed in the fuse box. If there is no space there, we mount the sensor outside.
If you install the sensor in the fuse box of your flat, you do not have to inform your landlord. If the sensor is installed in the central distribution box, we recommend consulting your landlord.
If the sensor does not find a network, it goes into discovery mode and provides its own wireless network (Clemap-Nibble). It may take up to three minutes for Clemap-Nibble to appear among the available networks.
After entering the Clemap-Nibble wireless network password "sensorsetup", it is not accepted. The network is set up, try again in 30 seconds.
Check whether the WLAN reaches the control cabinet in which CLEMAP One is installed. If the wireless router is too far away, install a power line adapter (e.g. TP-LINK TL-WPA4220KIT) or a wireless repeater. The sensor only supports wireless networks on the 2.4 GHz frequency. If the network is on the 5 GHz frequency, activate transmission on 2.4 GHz via the menu of your wireless router or install a repeater.
The RCD can compare the amount of current flowing in and out. If the sum is intact, the current flowing in must be as high as the current flowing back, the sum of the currents of the neutral conductor and phases must be zero. If this is not the case, the RCD disconnects the circuit, it "pops out". If L1, L2 and/or L3 are connected after and neutral before the RCD, the RCD will notice a difference between outgoing and return current. Make sure that L1, L2, L3 and the neutral are all connected after the RCD.
Check that ports 443, 3032 and 8883 of the wireless router are open. On the Sensor Setup page, Blue Webpage (Installation, Step 2), perform a Soft Reboot by selecting "Reboot System" and waiting three minutes. Perform a hard reboot by pressing the RESET button e.g. with a screwdriver and wait three minutes.
