Cloud provider access data

To enable the CLEMAP load management system to communicate with charging stations via the cloud, both the charging station and the CLEMAP load management device must be permanently connected to the internet. It is essential that your login credentials are stored on the CLEMAP load management device to allow seamless communication with the cloud service of the charging station provider. Please follow the steps below.

You can store your credentials either through Floem (recommended) or the local web interface of the CLEMAP device.

Input via Floem (Recommended Method)

Currently, the following providers are supported for cloud credential configuration:

  • Easee (from firmware version fw4.10.2)
  • Zaptec (from firmware version fw4.10.5)
  • Kempower (from firmware version fw4.10.5)

Devices with outdated firmware cannot update cloud provider credentials via Floem. In such cases, use the local user interface (see below).

In the load management settings, select the desired installation.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Advanced Options.
  • Enter your cloud provider account credentials.
  • Click Set Up to save the credentials.

The credentials are encrypted and stored only on your device. If you need to change your password, simply re-enter the new credentials to overwrite the existing ones.

Input via Local Web Interface

Ensure the CLEMAP load management device is connected to the internet.

Access the local interface by entering the local IP address of the CLEMAP Load Management into your browser, followed by port 4000, using the following format: http://IP_ADDRESS:4000

In the local web interface:

  1. Navigate to the Credentials tab.
  2. Select your desired cloud provider.
  3. Enter your cloud provider credentials and click Save and Restart.

After the device restarts, a success status will be displayed on the page. The CLEMAP load management system can now communicate with the cloud.

Note: The restart process may take a few minutes.
