Sungrow IDC180E
The Sungrow charger configuration process is primarily managed remotely by Sungrow.
Since the configuration is performed remotely by Sungrow, you’ll need to contact their support team. Here’s what you should do:
- Send an email or raise a support ticket with Sungrow support.
- Provide them with the necessary details about your charger, such as:
- Charger model and serial number.
- Confirmation of your setup with CLEMAP Load Management.
- Request Modbus activation on the charger to enable communication with the CLEMAP system.
The gateway address 192.168.1.1 should preferably not be used in the router, as it is internally reserved by the charger. Instead, choose a different gateway, such as 192.168.2.1, to prevent conflicts.
