# CLEMAP App – no longer available

**What happened?**

The former **CLEMAP App** (available for iOS and Android) was **discontinued in 2025** and is therefore **no longer available in the App Store or Google Play Store**.

All features of the app are now fully integrated into the **CLEMAP Floem portal** . 

## Where can I find my data now?

You can still manage all your devices, measurement data and load management settings via the **CLEMAP Floem portal** :

 **https\://floem.clemap.com**

The Floem portal works on **smartphones, tablets and computers** directly in the browser – no installation is required anymore.

## Login

Simply use your existing **CLEMAP login credentials** that you previously used in the app.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page via **“Forgot password”** .

## Advantages of the Floem portal

- Direct real-time access to your devices
- Clear visualisation of consumption, production and charging sessions
- Remote control of CLEMAP load management systems
- Support for PV optimisation, prioritisation and licence management
- No more app updates or store dependency

## Tip

You can save the Floem portal as an **app icon on your home screen** :

### iPhone / iPad

1. Open Safari and go to https\://floem.clemap.com.
2. Tap the **Share icon** (square with arrow) at the bottom.
3. Select **“Add to Home Screen”** → Name: *CLEMAP Floem* → **Add**.

### Android

1. Open Chrome and go to https\://floem.clemap.com.
2. Tap the **three dots (⋮)** in the top right corner.
3. Select **“Install app”** or **“Add to Home screen”**.

CLEMAP Floem then appears like an app shortcut on your device.
