## What happened

The former **CLEMAP App** (available for iOS and Android) has been **discontinued in 2025** and is therefore **no longer available** in the App Store or Google Play Store.

All features of the app are now fully integrated into the **CLEMAP Floem Portal**.

## Where can I find my data now

You can continue to access all your devices, measurements, and load management settings through the **CLEMAP Floem Portal**:

https\://floem.clemap.com

The Floem Portal works on **smartphones, tablets, and computers** directly in your web browser – no installation required.

## Login

Use the same **CLEMAP credentials** you previously used in the mobile app.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page via **“Forgot password”**.

## Benefits of the Floem Portal

- Real-time access to your CLEMAP devices
- Clear visualization of consumption, production, and charging sessions
- Remote control of CLEMAP load management systems
- PV optimization, prioritization, and license management
- No app updates or store dependency required

## Tip

You can save the Floem Portal as an app icon on your home screen:

### iPhone / iPad

1. Open Safari and go to https\://floem.clemap.com.
2. Tap the **Share** button (square with arrow).
3. Select **Add to Home Screen**, name it *CLEMAP Floem*, and tap **Add**.

### Android

1. Open Chrome and go to https\://floem.clemap.com.
2. Tap the **three dots (⋮)** in the upper right corner.
3. Select **Install app** or **Add to Home screen**.

This creates a shortcut that behaves like the former CLEMAP App.
