- Scenario 1: Several parties with a shared underground car park and e-mobility supplied directly from the building.
- Scenario 2: Several parties with a shared underground car park and a separate e-mobility supply

CLEMAP offers vendor-independent, local, multi-level real-time load management for AC and DC charging infrastructure.
This article shows the options for operating charging infrastructure in combination with Solar Manager.

###

### Advantages of the joint solution

**CLEMAP**

- monitors the grid connection point and the e-mobility line
- executes ripple control signal commands
- [Website](https://www.clemap.com/products/clemap-load-management)

**Solar Manager **

- controls individual charging points in a solar-optimised way
- monitors each party's consumer connection

**Requirements for operation**

1. The charging station to be integrated must be compatible with CLEMAP: [Compatibility list](https://www.clemap.com/dynamisches-lastmanagement#kompatibilitaet)
2. The charging station to be integrated requires a Basic + licence
3. The charging station and its integration in CLEMAP Floem must be completed
Note: Solar Manager customers do not need a CLEMAP Floem account; they set the charging mode in the Solar Manager app.

Integration and configuration in Solar Manager is described here:

### Scenario 1: Several parties with a shared underground car park and e-mobility supplied directly from the building.

- Building connection monitored by CLEMAP
- Each party optimises its own property according to its own preferences and operates its charging point in a solar-optimised way (requires one Solar Manager per property).
- E-mobility is supplied directly from the consumer connection; consumption is recorded on the consumer's meter.

### Scenario 2: Several parties with a shared underground car park and a separate e-mobility supply

- This solution makes it possible to operate individual charging points in a solar-optimised way while ensuring load management at the building connection.
- Only one Solar Manager is required for the whole group.
- The charging points are subject to prioritisation for the distribution of PV surplus.
- The smart meter can be integrated into Solar Manager under the name CLEMAP ONE, so no separate smart meter is required.

**Limitations**
The charging points are operated via CLEMAP. This means that customers do not have access to the full range of Solar Manager functions:

- no automatic phase switching
- Partly missing power and energy data from charging stations.

**Priorities**

1. Protection of the building connection box (HAK)
2. Ripple control signal
3. Solar optimisation by Solar Manager
