To connect the PAC to the CLEMAP system, the **CLEMAP Load Management gateway** must be connected to the Internet.

Then, please contact **support\@clemap.com** and provide the following information:

- the **serial number** of the CLEMAP device
- the **local IP address** of the PAC

### Recommendation for use with CLEMAP Load Management:

To ensure reliable communication with the CLEMAP Load Management system, we recommend integrating the PAC into the local network (**LAN**).

For stable system functionality, it is advisable to assign a **static IP address** to the device.

This facilitates:

- configuration in the **CLEMAP Floem dashboard**,
- **troubleshooting** in case of communication issues,
- and **long-term maintenance** of the installation.

**Note:** The IP configuration can be done directly via the PAC web interface or using network tools.
